How long is the battery life on your lamps?

We test our products during the manufacturing quality assurance process, and when we receive the products in our Melbourne warehouse. We have determined all of our lamps will last up to 24 hours on a single charge. This is dependent on your usage patterns, and the brightness of the lamp. On heavy usage, with the light turned on at full brightness, you can expect up to 8 hours of battery life.
How long does it take to charge the battery from zero?

It takes approximately 5 hours to fully charge our lamps from zero battery. When the lamps are charging, the indicator light will turn red. When fully charged, the indicator light will turn green. The Zico range indicator light will turn off when the battery is fully charged.
Do your lamps come with a battery charger?

All of our products come with an included USB-C charging cable. You can plug this cable into a power adapter, preferably 5V, or any other device with a powered USB port. We sell a 10 port charging station, which is perfect for charging multiple lights on the go. Power adapter not included.
Are your lamps water resistant?

All of our products are water-resistant. Our products vary in IP rating's between 43 and 54. We do not recommend submerging your light in water.
Do you lamps have an extended warranty?

All of our products come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty. You can find out more about our warranty on our warranty policy page.
How do I improve the battery life?

Utilise a lower dimming setting, this will reduce the power output of the light and increase the battery life.
